If your purchase is worth more than 7000 rubles, then the goods will be delivered to you in the city of Kirov free of charge.

When ordering less than 7000 rubles + 200 rubles for delivery.

  Transport companies

We ship orders by a transport company CDEK.

When ordering from 10,000 rubles, delivery is carried out at the expense of the company.

On the day of dispatch, you will be sent a message about the receipt of payment and dispatch of the order, as well as upon your request, after sending, the number of the bill of lading will be sent.

We deliver cargo to a transport company in our city free of charge.

Here You can calculate the cost of delivery to the city you are interested in.

The obligations of the store are considered fulfilled from the moment the order is transferred to the transport company. All further responsibility for the delivery of the order (terms of transportation, notification of the arrival of the cargo, the integrity and safety of the items) is borne directly by the carrier. All claims regarding the work of the transport company must be addressed directly to the office of the branch of the transport company in your city.

*We are ready to help you, and we will do everything in our power, if suddenly your cargo is lost, delivered incomplete, etc., but upon receipt of the order, if you see that the packaging of the box is damaged, open it only in the presence of the transport company employees and check the availability of goods with the order form with the preparation of the corresponding act.

During the entire operation of the store, not a single cargo sent by the transport company was lost :)

Post office

Orders are dispatched every Friday and only after 100% prepayment for goods + 350 rubles. (cost of delivery). The cost may increase depending on the weight of the parcel, the distance of your region from Kirov and the insured value. The delivery time of the order depends only on the work of the mail. When you receive an order by mail, you do not need to pay anything extra.
If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, you will have to compensate for all postage costs associated with the return of the parcel and its re-sending to resend it.
Sending by cash on delivery is NOT carried out!

If the amount of sending a parcel to your city is more than 350 rubles, then you pay the difference on the basis of a check provided by the Russian Post.

Then you will be sent a track number for tracking the parcel.
